You can create components such as tab navigation, header, footer, dialog box, and use those across multiple apps. You can update such components and all apps using this component will get Review notification to get the changes.

 

This will help reduce deevlopment efforts, maintenance efforts, you can easily make changes which will be applicable to all the apps.
