How Microsoft Sales Copilot can help you improve your sales productivity
AI-generated lead and opportunity summaries
Sales Copilot employs generative AI to sum up leads and prospects for you in a timely manner. A brief synopsis of the state, development, and potential of a potential sale or contract is known as an opportunity summary. Key updates since the prior visit are highlighted in a "catch up" section. Additionally, sellers can examine an opportunity summary in Outlook, which provides a synopsis of the opportunity's history and the most recent developments.

To speed up the lead screening process, lead summaries provide sellers with an overview that seamlessly incorporates data from many sources, including CRM information, contact profiles from LinkedIn, and the most recent news from Bing.

Meeting preparation and summaries
For sales efficiency, being prepared for customer encounters is essential. It encourages fruitful debates and helps people make well-informed decisions, which eventually leads to better sales results. Sales Copilot alerts you to meetings within the next 24 hours and provides a summary of the most current email correspondence as well as the most recent three seller notes to assist in your preparation.

This tool aids sellers in following up, responding to questions, and advancing sales swiftly. To better engage with your customers and develop stronger relationships, alter the message's tone and length. The recommended material can be further altered before being sent.

Responsible AI
Microsoft is dedicated to making investments in features that lessen or do away with potentially dangerous output from generative AI capabilities in services like Sales Copilot.
Sales Copilot is a platform you can rely on since it enforces two-factor authentication and inherits your organization's security, compliance, and privacy rules.
The language models that underlie Sales Copilot aren't trained on and don't learn from your company's business, tenant, or individual data because we are aware that data leaking is a risk for both our customers and ourselves. The same security measures, compliance restrictions, and enterprise-level protections are used by Sales Copilot, which is a component of the Azure ecosystem.
Microsoft Copilot AI upholds our dedication to ethical AI. Microsoft's engineering teams are always striving to address problems like false and misleading information, content blocking, data security, and the promotion of hazardous content, always guided by our responsible AI standards.
Users can access detailed advice that supports the ethical use of generative AI material. As an illustration, we give instructions and prompts through informative features that notify the user:
- How to responsibly use suggested content and actions, including prompts
- How to review and edit responses as needed
- How to manually check facts, data, and text for accuracy
