  In order to remove the Session Variable/Value pair, a browser app would have to be manually 'Forced Stopped' and restarted.

  I would like to make one comment however. While using an Android device (v7.1.1), the navigation directly to the UserDetail.aspx page, subsequent to the closure of all Chrome tabs, seemed to retain the "Name" variable and it's previous value.

    Did you used shared hosting panel. I used a shared hosting plan its automatically clear the session any suggestion for it
