Do you have an updated version of how to grab an IP? Using Dns.GetHostByName states (Message: GetHostByName is obsoleted for this type, please use GetHostEntry instead.) but that doesn't work as well. http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa497288.aspx#System.Net Thank you for posting.

Hi I am very new to VB.Net and software development. I want to find the IP address, MAC address, System Info like Logged in user name, system name and OS info like OS name etc of the system in which application is running using API in VB.NET. Providing me some sample codes will be greatly helpful for me. Thanks for the help.. Jino
