  Hi Naveed, Thanks for your knowledge sharing and support...It is really helpful for a beginner like me. Actually we are using stored procedure for fetching data here.Then why we need step 16. Also you are missing some steps after step 14. So stuck in step 15.Hope you will update the the same.Because it is totally confusing at the end.

    in this step i have created object of form and pass parameter.

    yes you can just change in Step 10
