I began to install the tools from the page you specify (installation), but the license agreement for it says that it is a trial version that will expire after 30 days and that we must purchase a license after that. Do I understand it correctly?

  I definitely have VS 2010 Pro installed. If necessary, for the purpose of analysis, I can try to install again to get a copy of the license. I usually don't read licenses but this time I glanced at it more than usually.

  Hi Sam, It could be that if you don't have a license for Visual Studio 2010 already installed, that you get this message. I would try installing the Visual Studio 2010 Express version which is free and then installing the Windows Phone tools.
