I would like to say something about the comment made by christene cox. Article is not that bad, he tries to give too much information in too short time. Dexterity is not the worst product. and If by just following steps written in articles everyone could be achieved what they are looking for then everybody on this world would be an export on something. :)

This is the worst product from Microsoft.Less than 5% are using it in the world. Article is also not upto the mark.It seems the author of article is new to this product.I suggest to everyone not to write artcile if someone is new as it creates panic in developer community.One of my team member follow the process which is written in article and after executing the steps ,his system was crashed.
