Hi, I have changed the project settings as mentioned by you but i am still unable to avoid Clipboard access prompt.

  Sarvan, If your application is setup to run OOB and elevated trust is on, you should not get the prompt. If OOB is not setup for your application and when you get the prompt first time you can check the "Remember my answer" checkbox and click yes button, in this case next time you will not be prompted for it.
