@Pankaj, Thank you...!!! @Sandeep, String.Format internally uses AppendFormat of StringBuilder. So it behaves like Stringbuilder.

suppose we have like this :- string resultValue = String.Format("{0}{1}{2}{3}{4}",s1,s2,s3,s4,s5); then it works for string concat or works like stringBuilder class's append method . What do you think?
