Yeah! DotNetNuke is more popular. Capability-Popularity graph is not straight. Same think like Java & C#.. Java is Popular, But C# is More Powerful & Featured.. Do you agree Sam? Should we start another argument here? :)

Hello Sam, I don't think it is a BIASED-REPLY. I had used Sitefinity - it is good with web/list/doc features - But cannot compare with SharePoint - having workflows / infopath / ext. policies / search / preview / extension / apps / dev etc.

  The "SharePoint, DotNetNuke and Sitefinity Win Best CMS Awards" article definitely says that SharePoint and DotNetNuke are the top two Content Management Systems, but when I search the internet the vast majority of articles do not show SharePoint and DotNetNuke as being so popular. I am not sure why that one article says what it says. SharePoint and DotNetNuke are definitely good choices but I just wanted to clarify the facts.

  Okay, that solves the mystery. That article is about an article in the Microsoft Development Resources & Tools (DevPro) magazine, correct? The DevPro article is about the results of a Reader's Choice Awards, correct? So of course it is biased toward software using Microsoft technology.

I did a search for "popularity ranking of Content Management Systems". Apparently SharePoint is not in the top 10.
