Dear Author, Thank you for bringing up an important topic. It is very understandable to reference a concluded research work or any idea which is already discussed. I would like to say that professionaly its never a good idea to include some one's research with out proper reference or with out mentioning the due credits for the original author/researcher. In this particular case if accurate, the time matrix referenced is concieved originally by "Stephen Covey" in his book, details of which are available at http://www.time-management-improvement.com/time-management-matrix.html As this is a community of professionals; I am very certain that we continue to share knowledge with regards to professional standards. Cheers
