Tip: How to Suppress if Duplicate a Memo Field in Crystal Reports?

If you create a report using Crystal Reports designer with a memo field and suppress if duplicate the memo field, the crystal designer shows the correct results. However, if you import the same report in Visual Studio 2003, you will see suppress on memo field does not work.

To fix this, you create a formula that returns the memo field and use the formula instead of the memo field. It will suppress the results.

I hope Business Objects folks fix this in Visual Studio 2005 version.
