Description: When I was working on Enterprise Keywords in SharePoint 2010 lists I was facing an issue; the users were not able to view the enterprise keywords in the SharePoint list except the Site Collection Administrator.

Issue:

I have a custom list named "Enterprise Keywords" in the site collection http://serverName/sites/MMS/ which has the following columns:

User "Vijai Anand" (Site Collection Administrator) was able to see the enterprise keywords as shown in the following:

User "Pai" (Owners group) was not able to view the enterprise keywords as shown in the following:

How to Resolve:

  1. Navigate to the list TaxonomyHiddenList (http://serverName/sites/MMS/Lists/TaxonomyHiddenList).
  2. Click on List Permissions in the ribbon interface:

  3. Grant Permissions for the following users:

  4. Now the user "Pai" will be able to view all the enterprise keywords as shown in the following:
