Step 1. Microsoft 365 admin center

Go to https://portal.microsoft.com and use your administrative credentials to log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Then Click "Navigation Manu"
And then Click "Teams" (This will take us into the Teams admin center.)

Step 2. Access to Network Planner Tool

Click the "Navigation Menu" in the Microsoft Teams admin center
Then Click "Planning"
And then Click "Network Planner".

Step 3. "Create a Network Plan

Click "Add".
Enter a name for your network plan.
Click "Apply".

Step 4. Establish Your Network Details.

Select your Network plan.
Select your network plan.

Step 5. Add a Network Site

Click "Add a network site".
Enter the Network site name
Specify the number of users, maybe 50 users
And then enter an IP address range for that location.
specify the network capacity. (if you're using a local internet connection, you might set the capacity to 1000 Mbps)
Then Click "Save".
Express Route: You'll also need to decide whether you're using ExpressRoute, which is a direct connection to Microsoft 365 services, If you're using ExpressRoute, you'll turn it on; if not, leave it off.
Connected to WAN: if you're connected through a standard WAN. For a WAN connection, you'll need to provide details about the speed.

Step 6. Adding a New Location for the Network Site

Select the Network Site
Click "Create an address".
Enter the Name of your Address.
Provide the address details.
Then Click "Save".

Step 7. Network Bandwidth Usage Report

Go to the "Report" section.
Click "Start a Report,".
And give it a name like "Doha Network Planning Report."
To generate a report, distribute your users between the required personas in the section.
Then Click "Generate Report".
The report will show you the data.
