In the disadvantages you say "requirements may change". Many years ago, system design methodologies required that the system design backtrack when requirements change. Based on beliefs back then, it was considered to be a potential disaster to not backtrack. I think that when requirements change, it is best to return to the requirements definition and proceed from there.
