It enables secure, permission-aware grounding that adheres to existing sensitivity labels, compliance rules, audit trails, logging, monitoring, and policy enforcement. Work IQ can be accessed through Copilot Studio or via API for professional code–based agent development.

Agent Mode in Microsoft 365:
