Always leave office on time

Disagree to No 5. You cant judge people. There are more motivated and self driven people out. You will get to know as you will get more experience. Disagree to No 7. Dont teach the young people such ethics, there are better and professional ways of communicating the issue to next level and beyond. Overall, i believe i picked a couple of it above, it is a total difference of opinion on how things are expressed by the writter. Although the motive in short i believe is to mantain a balance b.w work life and professional life. How ever these instructions are totally out of line to any country's work ethics and it doesnt apply to majority. Always leave office on time must enlist things that can help the individual to achieve this, rather writing a hand out explaining the excuses why one should alway leave on time. This is my opinion. Every one is free to disagree. Chill :)

I want to say that if you leave office on time you should come on time as well. If we are talking about the client project if you have a project and you are getting late to accomplished that project and you have to work extra as you can, but you should have to be specific with their client don't keep him in dark. I will say that family is the part of work so keep them happy and we should have to give time to your family.

I agree that one should not work too much but the work hours only. But that applies to the project manager. If project manager and team does not manage the work properly, and deliverable are not on time and you want to keep the client, you may have to work late. However, family life is definitely more important but that does not mean that you wait for 5 PM and no matter what, you leave. You can say that but as a company, they will find somebody else.
