Let's say a SharePoint 2013 app has been developed using the NAPA Tools and you want to move to the QA Environment. Here is the list of steps to be carried out to have a smoother transition from the development Environment to the QA Environment.
Publish the APP on the side task pane of the IDE
That will bring up the Publish settings window
When the “Publish successful” text appears, click the “Visit the publish location” link. That’s going to take you to the App Packages library in the development site
Click on the Package library and the apps will be downloaded to the local computer with an extension of .APP
In the QA environment, Click to add the app
