In one of my recent projects, we have a team of developers and some work remotely and make database changes including tables, stored procedures and test data. It was a pain to get all database changes done from DEV database to TEST and PROD databases until I found RedGate's fantabulous tools - SQL Compare and Data Compare.
Intially it took me couple of hrs to learn the tools but now in minutes I can sync my database changes, SPs, and including data and the best part is these tools are a part of SQL Server menus.
Check them out and let me know how you like them. Trust me, if you do lot of data sync, you would not regret this and you would dump your DBA right away.

BTW, SQL Prompt is even more useful. It adds Intellisense to your SQL queries. How cool is that.

I recently sat in a demonstration of how to sync data using Red Gate's SQL Compare tool in a ADNUG User Group meeting, and was quite impressed with its capability. The demonstrator used the sql compare in conjunction with NANT to come up with a full configuration management solution for syncing database changes. Cool Stuff.
