Open your Windows Live Mail and select File > Export.
If you have multiple accounts, select Accounts. Otherwise select Messages.
On next screen select Microsoft Exchange.
Then follow steps.
The output will be a .pst file.
Now copy this file to the machine where you want to import your emails.
Open Outlook and select Import and browse this file.
