By default, SharePoint search results 2013 will be displayed along with Preference and Advance Search Section. To disable this functionality.

1. Edit the Search Results Web part.

2. Uncheck the settings for

Show advanced link
Show preferences link

3. Click Apply and Ok.

4. Check in the changes and Publish the page.
