Method 1: using Content Editor web part.
- Go to the SharePoint site page where you want to add a YouTube video.
- Click Edit
- Add Webpart
- Media and Content->Add Content Editor Webpart
- Then go to any you tube video and click embed and copy the code and paste
- Edit webpart and paste inside html editor webpart
- Then ok
