While working in sharepoint 2013, I am facing lots of issue which are related to loading of sharepoint page. I was comparing the loading time of sharepoint 2010 page with SharePoint 2013 pages and found SP2013 pages taking longer time to load on the browser. I was trying to figure out the root cause of the issue and did not get any proper information and then I found this link Stopping the Distributed cache service gave me great performance.
