Introduction
Microsoft Teams has provided a new update in the Microsoft Teams where we can see the new features as listed below.
Planned Message Delivery
- Facilitate seamless communication over time
- Write messages in chat and click to send.
- Right-click the send icon and then select the future date and time from the drop-down menu.
- Click Submit at the selected time.
- Select Submit to confirm.
Extended Reaction Collection
- Express yourself with over 800 emojis collection.
- Hover over the comments to see the menu.
- Click the "More Reactions" button to access all of the emojis and reactions and send them.
Simple Reply Suggestions
- Simplify answers with Instant Suggested Answers.
- Find relevant suggestions in various discussion groups.
- Just choose the answer you want to send.
Enhanced "More Menu" in the calls and meetings
- Navigate with the improved "More" menu.
- Reduced clutter by showing smaller menus in sub Menus.
- Features like Documents & Text, Language and Speech, and Sites now have custom menus.
- click the ellipsis icon ("...") during the meeting. Select a specific group, such as Recording and Transcribe.
- Select the desired action, for example, "Initiate Recording", etc.
