• Click on Admin.
  
  
• You will come to the “SharePoint admin center”.
  
  
  
  
• Under Users section, click on ‘Reset a password' as per the screen below.
  
  
• It will ask you to search the user whose password you want to change.
  
  
  
  
• Search the name and click on it.
  
  
  
• Click on the Change password button, you will be able to change the password.
