SharePoint 2016 - Part Three - Installing of Workflow Manager 1.0

Before reading this blog, please go through the following parts of the series.

Let’s start the process

Make sure you are logged in with your installed account that has the right permissions to install the Workflow Manager 1.0.
Go to "Start" and on the top right, click on "Search" Icon.
Type "Web Platform Installer" in the Search Box and click it.
It will load the Web Platform Installer like this.
On this page, type Workflow Manager on the top right hand Search bar.
Click "Add" on the Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh (CU2) and click Install.

Note - Make sure, you select the Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh (CU2). If you do not select the Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh (CU2), then service bus will not work with .NET version installed.
Click "I Accept". (If you notice, you will see the Service Bus 1.1 update for the .NET 4.6, which is very important for SharePoint 2016).
Check the "I don’t want to use Microsoft Update" option and click Continue.
Now, sit back and wait for the successful installation message.
Click Continue.
Click Finish.
Cancel the Wizard.

We have to cancel the wizard because it is time to install the CU3 for the Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh (CU2). If we miss this part, Service Bus will throw an error and make our life tough.
