Steps Involved
Navigate to the Modern SharePoint Site Page.
Edit the page.
Click + sign to add the web part and then click "Call to action" web part.
Edit the web part. In the properties pane, update the background image, label, and link. Button alignment (left, center, right) can be selected as per the need.
Update call to action text as shown below. Web part provides an option to zoom in, out and set the focus for the background image.
Publish the page.
