Visual Studio 2012 is providing a very handy search option through its quick launch. Quick launch is placed just before the control buttons in title bar of IDE. This result is grouped and count. It works like charm.

Its instant search started as soon as we typed inside it and show the matched result in groups. You can note a 'X' like Internet Explorer 10 which delete the typed characters and clears the input box.

Also, Visual Studio 2012 has a nice look of pin and unpin feature ( its not a new feature as it was available with VS-2010 also)
