You will get WPF 4 as a part of .NET Framework 4.0. You can simply install Visual Studio 2010 which is RC as of today. I am using Visual Studio 2010 RC for my samples.

WPF Controls

Following three new controls have been added to WPF 4.0. These controls were introduced as WPF Toolkit. See WPF Toolkit February 2010 Release for latest version of WPF Toolkit.
