Couple of weeks ago, I installed SharePoint Foundation 2010 on my Windows 7 development machine and started working on it.
Note: Now SharePoint is with a capital "P".
I have to confess, I am amazed with the features and functionality SharePoint 2010 comes with. You can pretty much build anything using SharePoint 2010 without even writing a single line of code. You can even build full fledged working social networking websites including CMS, blogging, forums, and so many others.
Both, SharePoint Designer 2010 and SharePoint 2010 Central Administration are improved tremendously including both easy to navigate and use.
I am all fired up and will be writing on SharePoint 2010 very soon.
Stay tuned!

These two technologies (Silverlight + Sharepoint) are going to be the BIG thing in next coming few years.
