Best example to refer is Northwind Database. Download it and check how the normalization had done with tables.

Before starting your work you must need to study of various aspect for Departmental store. As per your query some general field we can explain for Product_master table but it might be different in your case.
Ex
Product_master
1. Product_Id
2 Product_name
3 Prod_Desc
4 Prod_Price
.....
.....
.....
etc...
As per your requirment you can create your tables structures.
