hi,

i have a gridview, above gridview i put the three textboxes as shown in my file,in that my requirement is when checkbox is false the textbox value is zero and that value is subtracted from the out side of the textbox value... can u please help me...

You can handle the CheckChanged event to do this. for example:

protected void CheckBox1_CheckedChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
CheckBox CheckBox1 = (CheckBox)sender;
GridViewRow row = (GridViewRow)CheckBox1.NamingContainer;
TextBox tb = (TextBox)row.FindControl("TextBox1");
if (!CheckBox1.Checked)
{
//do the subtruction here
int val = Convert.ToInt32(tb.Text.Trim());

}
}

Can you Please explain in brief actually what you want to do?
can not understand with Just Image.
