can i use wordpress without internet connection on our PC?

Well whatever the case is I use XAMPP (Apache + MySQL + PHP):

The installation is pretty simple, also after that just install one of its add ons (WordPress):

hi, yes you can. You have to install Apacha (web server)+PHP on your machine though. That is pretty easy process, but sometimes involves a lot of setting. Google for "Apache PHP installation".
