Access asp net website Locally from another device

Hello i have read alot ont acessing Access Website Hosted In IIS On Windows 10 From Any PC On LAN

but is there a possible wway to connect to same website from another pc that not on same LAN ???

No ,all the computers must be in same natwork either with wifi or cable then only you will be able to access from any PC with the hosted site ip address.

Short ans: NO. if you cannot access to that PC then obviously you can't access any file for the same.
