Access is denied when listen on a port

I still believe that something wrong aused by the firewall but any way here is an API witch helps you manage IP, sockets and connections you know network connection is not esay such as data base connection if a zombie process is runnig it's quite difficult to manage the situation

I just want to check whether the port is occupied by other process or the current process has no privilege to operate on that port. Any ideas about how to check? :-)

Are you using this within a LAN or WAN context If WAN then check the Firewall it causes problem like this
