Hello everyone,
I am using Windows Server 2003. When call the Start method of HttpListener, there is the following exception -- System.Net.HttpListenerException: Access is denied.
Any ideas how to grant the access?
thanks in advance,
George

Hi Bechir,
The GeoIP tool you referred is dealing with geographic information SDK, does it relate to my specific issue?

I just want to check whether the port is occupied by other process or the current process has no privilege to operate on that port. Any ideas about how to check? :-)
regards,
George
