Access web application method from remoting service

Hi Friends,
I want to access web application method using remoting service.I donot want to use webservice.
Example: Webapplication->Method in web applcation->remoting Service(access the method of web application)->Deskstop Application(Access method from remoting Service).


Please let me know what should i use for this and How.
