accessing a project warnings in another project

I'm writing a program for managing software risks, I wrote an article in which explain some needs for this end, one of them is showing the projects warnings as a kind of risks. so with given path of a file, which is in fact a project root directory, my program trace the whole project and find all classes with them cohesions and couplings and so on, now I need a list of warnings. if you could, please help me out. tnx
