Accessing SQL data

Hi everyone, I am a newbie to C-sharp. I have read couple articles to confuse myself with data access. I want to write an appropriate reusable logic to access SQL database. Is data provider the best way? can someone please guide? Thanks Vivek Sharma

Use visual studio help search and look-up the following: DataSet class DataTable class DataColumn class DataRow class DataRelation class DataAdapter class Command class Parameter class Connection class. That should get you going.
