add calendar feature to textbox in html

Hi folks,

i will have to add calender feature to textbox in html page.i have added calendar feature to textbox in Test.html file.but i am unable to add calendar feature to textboxes in Test1.html file.

issue can be understood easily by taking look into attached files.
