Add image <img> tag dynamically in all rows of grid view.

Question

Please tell How to add image like other controls (textbox, DDL) dynamically. I want to add this to every row. " TEXTBOX <IMG id="ImgLensCd" onclick="javascript:OpenItemLOV()" runat="server">"

 

I have tried other controls usiiiing this article. But no idea about html img tag. Kindly suggest ideas.
