Add item count to icon on button - C#.net

create sql table, add columns like notification and is_click (bit)
default value  is_click=0;
now suppose you insert many or one notification in table  all have is_click=0;
then count notification where is_click =0;
show count on button text with some color;
and on click update all is_click=1 and set color as none on button text
