Adding scrollbars in groupbox which is inside a panel

In the panel ,I have 2 groupboxes.

These 2 groupboxes contain dynamically generated textbox and checkbox.

If I add more than 6 textbox in one groupbox,It is not able to show the textbox as the textbox goes down..so to avoid this I thought of adding vertical scroll bar.But i dont know how to add vertical scrollbar in the groupbox..

Any help will be highly appreciated.
