How do I get permission on my own computer to add a .wav file to C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-shell-sounds_31bf3856ad364e35_6.2.9200.16384_none_6fdc23973f4dcd1e, which contains all the system sound files? Even logged on with administrator privileges, when I try to copy a wav file to this folder it says I don't have permission. It seems Microsoft won't allow additions to this file.
