age calculation

following code will give you age (in years)

public static int CalculateAge(DateTime birthdate)
{
// get the difference in years
int years = DateTime.Now.Year - birthdate.Year;
// subtract another year if we're before the
// birth day in the current year
if (DateTime.Now.Month < birthdate.Month || (DateTime.Now.Month == birthdate.Month && DateTime.Now.Day < birthdate.Day))
years--;
return years;
}

Now, based on years , if your interest is yearly applied then the principal amount will be Principal + Simple Interest (I am considering interest to be simple , if it compound then let me know)

private static double SimpleInterest(double principal,double rate, int years)
{
return ((principal*rate*years)/100)
}

private double total(double principal, double SI)
{
return (principal+SI);
}

You can calculate age as follow.
public int CalculateAgeCorrect2(DateTime birthDate)
{
    int age = DateTime.Now.Year - birthDate.Year;

  //to check your birth date has not occurred in current year
    if (birthDate >  DateTime.Now.AddYears(-age))
        age--;

    return age;
}
