Retrieve all usernames from a PC or Laptop.

But anyrate, here goes.

 

I looking for C# source in forms of working examples, such as, how I can retrieve all of the usernames on a PC or on a Laptop.  All this is done in C#.  I've looked for examples and found some, but usually they do not work OR I not educated on what is needed more.  Also, when these usernames are retrieved, is each user have admin=priv or not and how's this done?  I'm a junior level programmer with grey hairs on top to go with.  Any help sure would be appreciated.  I'm using a Windows 10 platform.
