Amalgamating PHP Signup script t HTML web page

Hi, I have an existing HTML responsive website and also a separte PHP signup page. How do I add this PHP Signup script to the center of the existing HTML website?

so first you need understand how php works. you can do this with two ways. first method: all you need to do is create an php file let say index.php and create your html form in it. so as you see we have created a php file so what happens is now you can also write php scripts in it along with html. now lets create a simple form for eg. so what happens now whenever a user click the submit button after entering details like email and password it make post request to the current php file and now we need to create a php script to handle the post request and submit it to the database. I wont help you with the php script. Please search it on google you will easily get it how to handle post request. but it will be something like etc. Try to find it youself. second method: making a post request to the php file from a html file. so all you need to do is in the form tag you need to set the action where you need send the post request. eg now when the user user submit the form the post request wil be sent to the signup.php file and all you need to do is handle the post request. I suggest you to pleas go through the basics.
