I am interested to join annual conference 2019. I have some query related to this.

Is it free to the members of MVP award winner Dec 2018? If yes how can I book ticket without charges?

Yes, its free for MVP who is nominated in Dec 2018. You don't need to book any tickets for that. C-SharpCorner team will send you an email for your confirmation before conference like every year.
