Hello ! Any way to check creation or last updated date of index in postgres?

Rebuilding indexes and need to check how many have been reindexed and how many are remaining.

Nope, but what about rebuilding only indexes which need it? (That's with the assumption all the indexes in your database are useful. By experience with my customers, removing a lot of unused or harmful indexes would be step 0)
