Appending XML

Hi, An alternative way is to: XmlDataDocument objDD = new XmlDataDocument(); objDD.LoadXml( strMyXML ); XmlNode objParentNode = objDD["one"]["two"]... ..and then append your new Nodes... objDD.GetXml() (or something very like that) Doing it this way should ensure your XML is fine, and saves on BeginElement, EndElement matching.... Use 'FileStream' object with the file access option as writer. It creates a 'StreamWriter' object ' to write the data into the file. Then use SeekOrigin with BaseStream and Seek to set the file pointer of the underlying stream to the end and then use streamwriter to write to the file. refer this link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpref/html/frlrfsystemioseekoriginclasstopic.asp good luck Sarika puri
