Hello.I want to know is there any arabic speecher ?It mean Can we use Arabic Speech in our Arabic Dictionary?if there were would you please help me or give me the arabic Speecher Source Code.thank you!bye

Yes you said right! I need program or a Program Source Code to Speech a Arabic text for me.of course I want it source code to use it in my WPF Program.thanks again for your Help!

so you are looking for a Text to Speech with Arabic Speaker, I guess if you have the Arabic wave files the process would be similar as that of English speech or else you need to use any third party component like this:
